Return Policy
Here at Lousbonsai.biz we do everything possible to have your tree arrive safely and in perfect health as we understand you are buying a bonsai on line and sometimes that can be unnerving. If for any reason upon receiving the tree if you are not totally satisfied, simply contact me at 917-418-3395 and I will resolve any situation that occurs. I offer a full refund if returned within 7 days as long as the tree arrives back healthy. In the event a tree were to arrive damaged or simply not in condition as expected, I will replace the tree totally at my expense.
Shipping Information:
Lousbonsai.biz ships its trees everyday of the week. We would prefer not to ship and have a tree over the weekend, but we can and do. We normally ship UPS and if its cost efffective I will ship using USPS. Generally we ship Ground and like the tree to arrive within 3 days from Shipping. Most of our trees arrive between 1-3 business days. However, do we ship next day and second day air.
How We Ship Your Bonsai Tree:
The most asked question I receive is how do you actually ship the tree. We have a full time shipping department. Each tree is inspected prior to shipping, then we water the tree very well. Then we use shrink wrap to keep the moisture in the soil while its shipping to its new home. Then we bubble wrap the entire pot and part of the trunk to protect it from becoming damaged. Then we use additonal packing material for the bottom and top of the tree to protect both top and bottom of the tree and pot. Lastly we use packing material to fill in the box so that the tree will not move regardless on how the box is turned. The tree will arrive professionally packed when you open it up.
